Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service and property maintenance, with a strong understanding of air conditioning systems and mechanical repairs. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
•
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
•
Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
•
Install new HVAC units and components as required.
•
Conduct field service visits to residential and commercial properties to address service requests.
•
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed.
•
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
•
Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
•
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
•
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to build, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
•
Familiarity with air conditioning systems, heating units, and ventilation processes.
•
Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
•
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive a van for service calls is preferred.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
•
Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
