Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will be the face of our company in the field, responsible for delivering top-tier service while educating customers and building trust.

What You’ll Do:

•

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems

•

Perform system maintenance, tune-ups, and repairs with attention to detail and efficiency

•

Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers in a professional manner

•

Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades

•

Complete accurate service reports, invoices, and records in a timely manner

•

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

•

Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:

•

3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience (residential or light commercial)

•

EPA Certification (required)

•

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

•

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

•

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

•

Tech-savvy with the ability to use mobile apps for work orders and communication

•

Must be self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
