HVAC Service Technician

Position Description:

The HVAC Service Technician will have many responsibilities at Campbells’ Plumbing and Heating. The role responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

· Provide professional, high quality plumbing service for residential and commercial customers

· Form and foster long-term customer relationships

· Execute and provide input into the Service Division strategy

· Train and develop employees

· Understand and achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction

· Work with service dispatchers and the Campbells' Plumbing & Heating management team to maximize efficiency

You will have a dedicated service dispatcher who schedules work, manages accounts receivable, and prepares daily work orders. This person needs to be eager to learn, an able problem solver, and set high expectations for himself/herself and for others. This position will report directly to the Service Division manager and is a career position with opportunity for career growth and advancement.

Benefits:

Hourly position + profit-based commission starting at $80k with $115k potential for top performing individuals. $950k per year is a very achievable salary, and so is $115k for extremely effective technicians!
