Gahanna Heating & Cooling has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Technician. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for servicing and repairing light commercial and residential HVAC systems. HVAC Technician Duties & Responsibilities:
•
Identifying customer’s needs
•
maintaining and repairing heating and air conditioning systems and equipment
•
Managing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
•
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
•
Performing repairs and maintenance
•
Supporting team members and peers
HVAC Technician Requirements:
•
3+ Years or experience preferred
•
EPA Type II Certified
•
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
•
Valid driver’s license
•
Reliable and self-motivated
•
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
•
Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
•
Ability to work in confined spaces
•
Ability to braise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
