Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Counter Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service to new and existing customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Provide outstanding service to new and existing customers in-person and over the phone
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing
- Process warranties and returns
- Ensure accurate and efficient order entry into the system
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine accurate pricing and lead times for orders
- Suggest substitutes to customers if a product is out of stock
- Build strong relationships with customers and coworkers
- Contact customers by phone to advise them of special deals or promotions to increase sales
- Work closely with other sales staff and Branch Manager to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service are key to success in this role.

- Completion of secondary school education
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or customer service experience in the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of sales success and knowledge of HVAC parts and industry standards.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Sales Software
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday with Rotating Saturdays from 7:00 am -12pm
