Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, training, and employee relations. Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Conducts new hire onboarding/orientation and processes all documents for new employees, ensuring accurate employee data is entered into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
· Provide support in fielding employee questions or concerns.
· Conducts interviews to fill vacant positions with qualified applicants in compliance with Company policy.
· Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.
· Conduct internal investigations and prepare all required documentation when necessary
· Ability to speak in front of a group of people (at company town hall meetings, employee appreciation events, training, orientation).
· Post internal announcements for company events, plant updates, job opportunities, etc.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
