Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various aspects of the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.

What You Will Be Doing* Manage the recruitment process including job posting development, reviewing of applications, scheduling interviews, and working with hiring managers to identify successful candidates.

Your Background* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Working Conditions* Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.

Physical Requirements* Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
