Human Resource Admin
DESCRIPTION
Support the HR team and ComNet employees with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and Wellness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Process weekly Craft and Admin payroll
•Work with the regional team in areas of recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement and communications.
•Explain company Human Resources policies, benefits and procedures to employees and prospective applicants
•Posting and screening of open opportunities in the local office
•Work with employees on community partnerships and employee engagement
•Support HR manager regarding benefits and HR policies
•Support Operations team with safety, badging, and tracking of tools and materials
•Receive and track employment applications
•Administer the corporate Wellness Program
•Point of contact for company wide community outreach
•Assist with various human resources programs, including projects, celebrations, parties and special events
•Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•High School Diploma required, some college preferred
•5 plus years’ business experience
•Experience processing hourly and weekly payroll
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Effective interpersonal skills
•Proficient in MS Office applications
•Proficient with ADP preferred
•Understanding of Construction preferred
•Strong attention to detail
•Strong organization skills
•Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
•Ability to maintain confidential information
•Ability for repetitive motions of wrist, hand, or fingers
•Ability to see things at close vision
•Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
