Human Resource Generalist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a smooth workflow within the department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for human resources, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

- Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates through various job boards.

- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates.

- Help manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the company.

- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR data entry.

- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects, contributing ideas and assisting in implementation.

- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing files.

Requirements

- Proficiency in HR software systems

- Experience with HR sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.

- Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

- Familiarity with change management principles is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

- A background in human resources or related fields is required.
