We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and curious Human Resources Generalist to support the daily functions of our HR department. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and more.

- Monitor and document compliance with mandatory and optional training, continuing education, and assessments.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring in collaboration with department managers.
- Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility.
- Coordinate and implement new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Administer HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of HR experience preferred.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, follow through, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus, but not required.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with HR software such as ATS and HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
