Purpose: The Key Holder is a Sales Associate/Stock Keeper that is taking on additional responsibilities to support efficient store operations and is paid an additional premium for hours worked. The Key Holder leads Sales Associates to successfully complete all of their duties at the Point of Sale (POS) including sales, refunds, exchanges and oversees & finalizes cash out processes

Sales/Key Holder Associate Key Responsibilities:

- Acknowledge and greet customers

- Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management

- Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store

- Effectively operate a cash register

- Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures

- Communicate pricing, out of date and inventory issues with management

- Protect all company assets, stock merchandise in stores and backrooms

- Isolate, sort, and organize all damaged and outdated products and returns and inform management of any out-of-stock situations

- Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise, and trash removal

- Perform related work as assigned

- Supervises team compliance and understanding w ith all company policies and procedures, Customs regulations and relevant trading laws, raising any concerns or issues when necessary

- Performs any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner

- Performs shop opening and closing duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities

- Work a full/part-time schedule with open flexibile availability to work any shift between the hours of 4 am to 12 am on weekdays and weekends

- Ability to multi-task

- Be able to lift 10-20 pounds

- Maintain Airport Pass with Transport Canada

- Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
