The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager is responsible for leading the North American HSE strategy implementation across a diverse network of operations. This role is instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and consistent implementation of HSE policies and training. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HSE frameworks within industrial service environments and thrive in a fast-paced, high-travel role that supports both field and corporate operations.

- Ensure full compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations across multiple U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions.
- Maintain and manage all federal, state/provincial, and local HSE permits and reporting requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update internal policies and procedures.
- Identify, assess, and reduce HSE risks across field operations, laboratories, and client-facing activities.
- Implement incident prevention programs and lead root cause analyses following incidents or near misses.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to embed a culture of safety and accountability.
- Develop and deliver standardized training programs, including onboarding, annual certifications, and task-specific instruction.
- Conduct on-site safety training and toolbox talks for field teams and supervisors.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt materials to meet evolving business and compliance needs.
- Lead internal HSE audits and inspections across sites and service lines.
- Oversee Root Cause analysis and corrective action plans and track remediation efforts through completion.
- Benchmark best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety performance and reduce risk exposure.

- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HSE experience, preferably within TIC, industrial services, or oil & gas sectors.- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing HSE across geographically dispersed operations.
- Proven ability to develop training, lead audits, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel 70%+ throughout North America.- Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST, CRSP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or French (a plus but not required).
- Strong background in safety management, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization in the oil and gas sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel up to 50%.
