Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the field HSE team with Production Operations data management systems, e.g., Intelex, Power BI, GeoTab, etc.
Supports and provides HSE performance data report preparation for operations weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure continuity of requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Responsible for scheduling and reporting of LMS training systems as outlined by the position for ProdOps personnel
Engage in HSE projects, including planning, design, programming, development, and implementation activities for HSE data.
Liaison with HSE Team Manager & Leads within ProdOps to optimize HSE Management System integration
Serve as a liaison for ad hoc data analytical requests from the supported ProdOps work groups, e.g., Maintenance and Capital, Facilities and Construction, Electrical, etc....


Professional/Technical Knowledge:

Knowledge of data analytical and statistical methodologies
Knowledge of data analytical tools such as Power BI
Strong database skills, including design, configuration, and/or report development
High proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
Knowledge of HSE Safety Management technologies preferred (e.g., Intelex, Power BI)
Knowledge of design, programming, development, operation, analysis, maintenance, implementation, and the modification of databases, computers, and software best practices (Software development lifecycle)
Basic awareness of data processing tools (SQL, data blending, etc.)
Basic knowledge of data, databases, data warehousing methods, concepts, and structures.


Experience:

Relevant database, data analytics, business analysis, and/or HSE support experience is preferred.
Health, Environment, and Safety experience or experience working with safety and injury data.
General knowledge of the oil/gas industry.

The salary range for this position is:$ 120,000 - $ 165,000 Annual

*Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements may receive consideration for higher-level role given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
