We are seeking a dedicated HSE Administrator to join our team and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to the overall safety culture at Novomet USA.
- Provide timely and accurate entry and verification of monthly & quarterly safety data
- Maintain client required HSE Consortiums, making sure all requirements are up to date and in compliance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual HSE statistic reports
- Maintain HSE related employee information, including injury/illnesses, status updates, HSE training
- Perform audits, research and data management for company compliance
- Assist with internal and external Audits
- Manage and ensure timely response and tracking of safety/risk vendor and customer inquiries as well as pre-qualification organizations (ISNetworld, Veriforce, TPS Alert, etc.)
- Record, document and publish meeting minutes
- Assist QHSE team with additional duties as assigned
- Manage internal SharePoint site
- Prepare documents and presentations for monthly and quarterly HSE and operational meetings, conduct them and provide meeting minutes as required
- Produce monthly rig-specific reports showing statistical information and equipment tracking
- Provide and prepare HSE stats and information for customer requests, bids, and questionnaires
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofread of various documents as required
- Develop, edit, order, and distribute HSE-related materials as required
· Quarterly and Yearly OSHA 300 and OSHA 300A forms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong PowerPoint development skills, graphic design experience a plus
- Experience in SAP or other business management systems preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
- Motivation to develop skills associated with administration and safety
- Ability to handle multiple tasks daily
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed information (through written skills and data entry)
- Strong level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and within a team
- Qualified candidates must be able to communicate proficiently in the English language.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- High School Diploma is required
- Post-secondary degree is considered an asset
- Two years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- HSE (Safety) administration experience preferred
- Previous experience at an oil and gas or industrial company is an asset
- Previous office administration experience may be considered for the right candidate

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to respond to emergency situations immediately.
- Occasional travel required.
- Exposure to shop and field elements such as noise, dust, and temperature variations.
- Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hard hat, and safety shoes while in shop environments or on job sites.
· Work hours – 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday
· 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
