- Configure and support annual processes e.g., benefits open enrollment, learning campaigns, compensation review, PTO & vacation sellback, and performance.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to train end users on new modules, processes, and functionality for the semi-annual Workday product releases.
- Maintain current knowledge of and support IA and SOX compliance guidelines, interpretations, and standards.
- Build programs and integrations with BIRT, Studio, and other applications.
- Manage and provide support for the interfaces and integration of Workday and related scripts with other related systems (in cooperation with IT) to ensure successful delivery of confidential workforce data.
- Populate Workday templates for mass data load events or acquisitions.
- Document resolutions and create or update SOP guides for future use.
- Writes tech specifications, testing scripts, and mapping/process documents.
- Interact in a professional and courteous manner, providing a quality service.
- Responsible for Reporting, building reports, and building Dashboards.
- Support Workday Employee Life Cycle processes.
- Perform regression testing for system and enhancement releases.
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups for issues/requests.
- Prioritize, triage, manage, and report on tickets.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Minimum of three years Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience
- At least 3-year experience providing technical support for Workday in an Enterprise Class business
- At least 1-year experience with Workday Learning module
- Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
- Experience in leading large and complex projects
- Exceptional analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills, including ability to effectively interface with all areas of the company and the HR function.
- Supporting all regularly scheduled data interfaces
- Experience in Workday Learning, Talent Management, & Workday Technical
- Responding to urgent payroll technical requests in ahead of payroll deadlines
- Preparing evidence for Workday related SOX controls
- Implementing system enhancements to drive the business forward with minimal outside support required.
- Respond to employee issues and communicate status to HR Operations Teams and to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support and documentation, as necessary, to aid in troubleshooting, resolving, or reproducing the end-user issues.
- Accurately identify, evaluate, and prioritize issues, requests and/or questions.
