Purpose of Role: The HR Manager will provide support to a wide range of employees across multiple levels of our Salt Lake, UT and Tucson, AZ business units. They will ensure people programs, including Talent Management, Performance Conversations, ID&E, and Reward and Engagement, are well understood and supported. The will work closely with the Region Human Resources Director (RHRD) and partnering with the Country Head, Managing Director, Function Manager or Site Managers and their leadership teams.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for understanding and translating local business needs and then working with RHRD to ensure delivery of people initiatives that enable and support a great culture in line with the business strategy.

- HR Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to stakeholders (leaders and employees) across all business areas. Guide and advise frontline managers in all aspects of team support.
- Strategy: Understand and translate local business needs and leverage data and networks to anticipate emerging trends, threats, and opportunities, gaining insights and accessing strategic options. Access and interpret people analytics to inform strategic people decisions.
- Leadership: Promote and role model the company values that will support an excellent local culture.
- Employee Engagement: Develops a local engagement strategy through employee feedback to optimize employee engagement ensuring challenges are addressed and areas of excellence are recognized.
- HR Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of a high quality HR service to stakeholders (leaders and employees) across all business areas
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Human Resources or Related Field
- 5-10 years of experience providing HR support in Union Environments
- PHR or SHRM-CP Certificate is a plus
