Position Summary


Are you a hands-on HR professional ready to make a regional impact? Join our growing team as a Regional HR Generalist II – Americas, where you'll play a vital role in delivering consistent, high-quality HR support across multiple sister company locations. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build an aligned culture while supporting daily operations, compliance, and employee engagement efforts.



Responsibilities


Support multiple sites in the Americas region, primarily Houston, with remote and periodic coverage for Mississippi and Alabama locations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and site leaders on onboarding, benefits, policy guidance, and employee relations.
Drive consistency in HR practices across business units, working closely with the HR Manager and leadership team.
Lead onboarding, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, disability), and workers’ compensation coordination.
Oversee HRIS data integrity and support payroll-related updates, compensation reviews, and internal reporting.
Conduct job benchmarking, salary band updates, and support pay equity efforts.
Coordinate open enrollment, benefits communications, and third-party vendor engagement.
Maintain compliance documentation and support audits, safety standards, and training initiatives.
Assist in implementing engagement programs and continuous HR process improvements.
Handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.



Key Relationships


The role must work across the different functions within the business, given initiatives will be rolled out in multiple locations.



Required Skills & Qualifications


A self-motivated HR generalist with 3+ years of progressive HR experience across multi-site or industrial environments.
Adept at balancing day-to-day operations with strategic initiatives.
Proficient in HRIS systems (Paycor preferred), benefits administration, and leave programs.
Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and manages competing priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Comfortable working independently while supporting a larger HR team.
Knowledgeable in U.S. employment laws and compliance practices.
