- Spot opportunities for process tweaks and automation to supercharge efficiency.

- Deep grasp of recruit-to-retire lifecycles and employee experience best practices.
- Deadline ninja: Thrive in high-volume chaos with laser-sharp detail and logic.

- Crystal-clear communicator (written/verbal) and Excel/Word wizard.
- HR background in oil & gas.
- Basic employment law savvy and HRIS tools (Oracle a plus).
- Intermediate/advanced Portuguese.
