The Human Resources (HR) Programs Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and execution of enterprise-wide HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives. While the primary focus is on HR Compliance-related administration activities, the role may also extend to other key HR programs, including Mobility, Employee Recognition, Scholarships, and Onboarding. Responsibilities typically include transactional processing, responding to internal and external inquiries, developing procedural documentation and training materials, preparing reports/analyses contributing to program enhancement projects, and collaborating with third-party service providers.
Position Responsibilities (primarily focused on HR Compliance-related administration activities):
- Process daily transactions and conduct audits and data reviews, primarily supporting Compliance-related programs such as drug testing, background checks, hotline and email inquiries, I9 verifications, leaves of absences, severance administration, and wage and employment verifications.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Identify and resolve program and process issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with third-party service providers to ensure smooth program operations.
- Prepare and submit invoices for services rendered by external vendors.
- Lead or support the design, optimization, and documentation of key program procedures, policies, and training materials, based on complexity.
- Contribute actively to project teams focused on program enhancements, continuous improvement initiatives, and integrations related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Compile and prepare various program reports and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting an HR area or related programs
- Self-sufficient; works independently, with minimal guidance
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and listening)
- Customer service oriented
- Results driven
- Minimum basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs
