Hospital Director

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Hospital Director to lead the operations of our veterinary specialty and emergency hospital. With a strategic plan to double in size within the next 2–3 years, this is a critical leadership role for someone ready to scale operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence in a complex, fast-paced clinical environment.

This is not an entry-level leadership role. The ideal candidate has risen through the ranks of veterinary hospital operations and has proven experience managing one large high-volume hospital or overseeing multiple hospitals within a region. You will report to a supportive but hands-off leadership team at headquarters, and you will be trusted to run the hospital independently while partnering closely with medical leadership and departmental teams.
