Duties

- Engage with current and prospective customers to promote our home heating oil services

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate heating solutions

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers about our offerings

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using company software systems

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and expand market reach

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively listen and respond to customer needs

- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

- Knowledge of home heating systems or energy products is a plus but not necessary

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales goals

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $61,730.40 - $77,298.98 per year
