We're looking for a High-End Residential & Commercial Remodeling Sales Concierge a polished, service-oriented professional who can guide high-value clients through the initial phases of the remodeling journey. This is more than a sales role: it's about becoming a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for clients investing in luxury living environments.

Your Impact as a Sales Concierge
•Be the Trusted Guide: Respond to inbound leads and referrals with warmth and professionalism. Guide them through our discovery and walkthrough process, ensuring a frictionless, confident first impression.
•Deliver White-Glove Service: Ensure every client interaction is personalized and aligned with the expectations of a high-end clientelefrom investors to families designing their forever home.
•Cultivate New Business: Actively seek out qualified leads in residential and commercial markets through relationship-building, networking, and strategic outreach.
•Represent Zee with Elegance: Attend events, networking functions (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, etc.), and industry meetups as a brand ambassador for Zee's luxury remodeling services.
•Support Sales Execution: Work alongside our estimators and design team to help coordinate next steps for qualified prospects. Track communications and outcomes through CRM tools to ensure seamless handoffs.
•Maintain Our High Standards: Uphold our values of integrity, responsiveness, and excellence in every interactioninternally and externally.
What We're Looking For
•Experience in luxury or high-touch sales (real estate, custom homebuilding, hospitality, or design is a plus)
•Polished, professional communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
•Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to prospecting
•Proven ability to build trust with discerning clients and referral partners
•Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
•A passion for design, lifestyle spaces, and premium service
Compensation & Career Path
•Base Salary: $40,000 $60,000
•On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+
•Ongoing performance-based incentives for qualified leads and closed bids (Uncapped earning potential)
•Year-end company profit sharing.
