What You'll Be Doing
•Lead Client Relationships Be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Listen, understand their goals, and communicate Zee's value clearly and confidently.
•Drive High-End Sales Sell premium residential and commercial remodeling projects, including full home renovations, kitchens, baths, offices, and more.
•Collaborate on Design Work alongside our design and project teams to ensure proposed solutions match the client's vision, scope, and budget. (Experience in or appreciation for design is a strong plus.)
•Manage the Sales Pipeline Keep deals moving forward with precision using our CRM and proven internal processes.
•Develop Your Network Cultivate your own lead sources while also following up on warm leads provided through our robust marketing efforts.

Compensation
•On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+ per year (uncapped)
•Base Salary: $40,000 $60,000/year (based on experience)
•Ongoing performance-based incentives for qualified leads and closed bids (Uncapped earning potential)
•Year-end company profit sharing.
•Approved educational/training reimbursements.
