What You’ll Do:
•
Knock doors and generate leads
•
Conduct exterior inspections for storm damage
•
Guide homeowners through the insurance process
•
Present contracts and close deals
•
Hit and exceed sales goals
•
Stay sharp with weekly training meetings
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication & people skills
•
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
•
Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
•
Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs
•
Organized, coachable, and a team player
