To oversee and coordinate the day to day Energy department tasks, and its personnel. Ensuring that customers are served in the safest most efficient manner possible, while providing excellent customer service.
1. Maintaining a high level of customer service through out location from all employees.
2. Management of employees, including hiring, training, discipline, and termination.
3. Communicating and implementation, of company policies, regulation and sales programs.
4. Continuing upkeep of appearance of office, yard, bulk plant and trucks.
5. Scheduling maintenance of fleet vehicles assigned to location.
6. Efficient processing of daily paperwork including inventory, payments, and supplies.
7. Overseeing cash handling, and ensuring all employees adhere to cash handling policies.
