Operations Manager / Sales for Oil and Gas

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oil and Gas Operations Manager to lead our operations team. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations within the oil and gas sector, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

- Sales- create new customers and provide services to existing customers to maintain excellent relationships

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

- Manage multiple crews on daily operations.

- Ability to multitask

- Great attention to detail and very organized.

Requirements

- Proven experience in management within the oil and gas industry or a related field.

- Strong background in outside sales and customer relations

- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.

- Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team development and customer service excellence.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with management, employees and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
