Oil Heat and HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking a Journeyman Oil Heat and HVAC Service Technician

Family owned and operated company looking to hire. Experience in Oil Heat and HVAC service is required. Pride in appearance and strong work ethic is encouraged. Applicant must be punctual and willing to work nights and weekends. Union shop looking for career oriented individuals. Experience is a requirement.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Residential service calls and troubleshooting

- Must be self-reliant and able to work with a helper.

- Must have knowledge of codes

- Minimum 5-10 years residential experience on Long Island.

- Familiarity with oil burner equipment, HVAC, and hand tools

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Positive and respectful attitude.

Candidate will be required to work a rotating night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour
