Heat Treatment Technician

TOMCO Production Services Ltd. is looking for experienced Heat Treatment Technicians.

TOMCO Production Services Ltd. provides the following specialty services to our clients:

- Post Weld Heat Treatment

- Pre Heating

- Bake outs

- Cold Cutting and Beveling

- Hydraulic Torquing, Tensioning and Nut Splitting

- Hydro Testing

- Coring

- Hot and Cold Taps

- Flange Facing and Portable Milling

Responsibilities and Duties

- The ability to work independently on-site

- Good communication skills

- Customer focused

- Strong safety awareness and discipline

- Set up and monitor electric Pre Heating and PWHT

- Ability to assist in the set up and monitoring of gas PWHT

- PWHT technicians need good eyesight, and the ability to concentrate over long periods

- Good understanding of English and Mathematics is required as work involves controlling heating / cooling rates, compiling written reports, working with figures (time v temperature rates)

PAY:

Salary: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
