Heat Pump Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled labor, particularly in HVAC and carpentry. This role involves the installation and maintenance of various heat pump systems ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. The Installer will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

- Install and maintain, various heat pump systems according to design and safety regulations.

- Conduct scheduled maintenance checks such as cleaning and other services provided by the company.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and a positive work environment.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installation and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

- 3-5 Years experience with HVAC, or HVAC/R, Heat Pump systems is required. Pay range is based on experience.

- Experience with hand tools.

- Ability to be trained in various tasks involved with company needs

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
