HVAC Technician

Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining commercial facility heater/air conditioner units at the Eagle Butte Mine and Belle Ayr Mine. Provides routine maintenance for air conditioner systems on large mining equipment including shovels. This is currently a day shift position.

Essential Functions

- Troubleshoot equipment resulting in cost effective and efficient repairs

- Read, interpret and apply manuals and schematics information pertinent to job

- Maintain safe work record, be proactive in safety habits and behaviors

- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

- Assist in work/task planning and organizing

- Communicate effectively with maintenance management and operations personnel

- Follow all mine safety requirements and best practices

- Regular and predictable attendance

- Other job assignments as requested

- Comply with Company drug and alcohol program

$32.83 / hour to $37.67 / hour
