We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HSE Coordinator to join our team supporting operations in the Power Generation industry, with a strong focus on gas turbine power generation for electric fracturing fleets. The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for driving a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with company policies, and meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements from OSHA, EPA, MSHA, and other governing agencies.
This role requires frequent travel to operational sites across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico to conduct audits, inspections, evaluations, incident investigations, drug testing, and other health, safety, and environmental activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Promote and foster a strong safety culture across all operations.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and relevant federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, MSHA, etc.).
- Conduct regular site visits to perform inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and employee observations.
- Lead and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Administer and support drug and alcohol testing programs as required.
- Prepare and deliver safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Track, report, and analyze HSE performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Support operational teams in achieving safe and environmentally responsible project execution.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal/external stakeholders as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
- Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Proficiency in spoken English language.
- Position requires in-person, predictable attendance.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field (required).
- Candidates with a professional safety certification (CSP, ASP/GSP, CHMM) are strongly preferred.
- TapRooT™ certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 2 years in an HSE support role within the oil and gas, power generation, or heavy industrial sector.
- Experience conducting site audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and MSHA regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and coach field personnel on safety practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach, and squat/kneel. The HSE Coordinator works primarily indoors and will be sitting for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. The HSE Coordinator may be required to lift heavy objects; therefore, The HSE Coordinator must be able to lift 25lbs.
Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination, depending on job demands.
