We’re looking for a high-energy, experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our in-home solar sales team in the Regina area.

✔ You’ll meet customers in their homes to present and close deals

✔ You’ll manage a team of 10-15 consultants and earn overrides

Monitor Performance & Reporting

What We’re Looking For: ✔ 2+ years of sales management experience (solar or in-home sales preferred)

✔ Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a history of driving results

✔ Excellent communication and closing skills in face-to-face environments

✔ Comfort with travel throughout the Regina area to meet customers in their homes

✔ Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales tools

✔ Passion for clean energy and sustainability is a major plus
