Job Summary:

To serve as the primary point of contact for MTE employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at the Central office lobby. This role is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming front-office environment while supporting daily workplace operations.

Job Requirements:

- Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, HungryPeople Smart).

- High school graduate or equivalent required.

- Must have a minimum of two (2) years' administrative experience.

- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products.

- Must possess professional and excellent customer service and communication skills and be dedicated to team goals.

- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Must possess a pleasing attitude which is appropriate for getting along with team members, always exhibiting professional work etiquette and creating a pleasing work environment.
