Graphic art and Vinyl lettering Installer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Art and Vinyl Lettering Installer to join our team. This role involves applying custom graphics, vinyl lettering, and decals to various surfaces, primarily vehicles, and other promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or sign installation, with a focus on precision and customer satisfaction. Experience with dealership environments, auto body repair, or auto restoration is highly desirable. Duties

- Graphic Design . Install vinyl lettering, decals, and graphic wraps on vehicles and other surfaces with precision and care

- Measure and cut vinyl materials using hand tools and power tools to ensure accurate fitment

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming as needed for optimal adhesion

- Use auto body repair techniques such as buffing, auto painting, or auto glass installation experience may apply

- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including minor repairs or detailing to ensure quality presentation could be an asset

- Operate airless paint sprayers and other equipment for custom paint applications when required

- Assist with Sign restoration projects involving heavy lifting, welding, or mechanical adjustments

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times

- Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and ensuring client satisfaction

Experience

- Previous Graphic experience in Corel, Adobe Illustrator etc. Dealership experience or background in automotive detailing, auto body repair, or auto restoration or Tint installation is preferred

- Mechanical knowledge including vehicle maintenance and auto glass installation is advantageous

- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, buffing machines, and auto painting techniques is beneficial

- Familiarity with auto estimating processes and customer service practices is a plus

- Experience working with airless paint spraying equipment and performing heavy lifting tasks will be considered an asset

- Prior work involving Sign or vinyl installation experience will enhance your suitability for this role

Pay: $18.00 - $23.15 per hour
