SUMMARY: Relevant Power Solutions (RPS) is a diversified power company with extensive experience with aero-derivative gas turbines. At our manufacturing facility in Houston, we design, build, and test gas turbine packages for use in the power generation and gas compression markets. In addition to packaging, we also provide After-Market Sales & Services, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, integrating gas turbine packages with Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment, to provide turnkey power plant solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
•Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
•Oversee parts and services, ensuring timely availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
•Manage inventory, coordinating with suppliers and vendors worldwide, and providing technical and customer support to internal teams and clients.
•Ensures seamless operations by maintaining accurate records, optimizing procurement processes.
•Track and manage parts returned under warranty and update inventory records.
•Research and identify reliable suppliers to source high-quality parts globally, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
•Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable conditions.
•Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
•Assist customers, technicians, and internal teams in identifying and selecting the correct parts based on specifications, compatibility, and requirements.
•Provide expert advice on parts usage, availability, and pricing, delivering exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, or online.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, distributors, and regional service leaders to ensure reliable supply chains.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and service departments, to streamline parts distribution and meet operational deadlines.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in business engineering or a related field and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office
•Strong knowledge of SAP (ByDesign preferable)
•Ability to create and deliver presentations
•Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
•Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
•Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
•Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•Familiarity with gas turbine power plants, packages, systems, and components is preferred.
