The Global Packaging Engineer Manager will lead and direct the company's packaging engineering efforts across all global operations. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in packaging design and implementation. The Global Packaging Engineer Manager will oversee a team of packaging engineers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and vendors to ensure packaging solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and global market requirements. This position involves strategic leadership in optimizing packaging processes, materials, and equipment on a global scale.
