We are seeking a driven and result-oriented
Packaging Engineerwith 3–5 years of experience and a related technical degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimal packaging solutions that are standardized, easy to implement, cost-effective, and aligned with customer requirements. This role also includes hands-on training of packaging staff and the development of clear, standardized work instructions to support operational consistency and quality. Job Duties
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in packaging engineering
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Effective communicator with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in creating technical documentation and work instructions
Proficiency in packaging design tools and familiarity with packaging testing standards
Experience in using solid modeling software such as SolidWorks is a plus
