Safety / Environment
•Maintain high standards of housekeeping at all times, safe work, incident/accident reporting & active involvement in safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
•Understand and familiarise oneself with site Emergency evacuation procedures
•Abide by and proactively comply with Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and systems, as well as all relevant legislation

•Support and follow all lawful instructions/directives from your supervisor
•Maintain a high level of professionalism and take responsibility for own conduct and behaviour in the workplace
Knowledge / Skills
•Aid Geologists to ensure work programmes are completed as scheduled
•Ensure complete rehabilitation of drill sites and other related ground disturbance activities
•Assist in processing core samples including cutting, SG determinations, bagging and dispatching of samples to assay laboratories
•Conduct sampling and data collection activities as and when required
•Ensure coring programmes are conducted to SLR standards, with reference to sampling and QAQC protocols
•Ensure all data collected is uploaded or transferred in a consistent and efficient manner
•Attend and actively participate in shift change meetings
•Undertake diamond core processing, including mark-up and orientation, core cutting, sampling, and other related measurements
•Ensure company vehicles are appropriately equipped and maintained
•Organise and maintain the core processing facility

•Communicate and promote effective cross functional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Participate and support business improvement initiatives within the business
•Work as part of a small team and actively contribute
•Communicate relevant information and data to other personnel through formalised shift changes and use data reporting systems
Planning & Organisation
•Prioritise and complete tasks accurately as to specifications as assigned by your supervisor within required timeframes
•Be punctual to work and all required site meetings
•Undertake other duties as lawfully instructed
