We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Self-Perform General Foreman to lead and oversee our self-perform construction teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Supervise and coordinate self-perform construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA Safety Certification) are a plus.
