Job Summary* The Mill Foreman is accountable for the safe, efficient operation of all equipment necessary for the production of pellets for the HG & LG kilns

Key Tasks and Responsibilities* Operate system within prescribed parameters as outlined in the SOP’s for HG Mills

Skills and Attributes Requirements* Must be able to effectively communicate both orally or written

Education/Experience Requirements Must have a high school diploma or GED. Technical education is preferred.

Environment* While performing the duties of this job; the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, dusty conditions, high noise, outside weather in all conditions and materials used in the process.
