This role supports the Electric division by leading field operations and overseeing the execution of large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects. You’ll be responsible for crew coordination, on-site communication, quality, and performance. Success in this role means delivering safe, high-quality installations on time and on budget—all while upholding KE’s

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Lead and manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects
- Ensure all work meets code, contract specs, and project deadlines
- Act as the primary on-site contact for assigned projects
- Direct self-performed crews and subcontractors in the field
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries to stay on schedule
- Track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit required deliverables
- Enforce safety protocols and support job site safety initiatives
- Oversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship
- Communicate with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed
- Support field reporting with accurate, timely updates
- Mentor and coach field teams on execution and best practice
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
- Adapt quickly to changes in schedule, scope, or prioritiesYou’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
- Journeyman License with 5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Project Lead
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, codes, and construction methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects, customers, and personnel simultaneously
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to make confident, project-minded decisions
- Independent, team-focused work style and a drive to mentor others
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) with overnight stays as needed
- Valid driver’s license and a history of safe, competent driving
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Pay Range: 44/hr.-55/hr. plus per diem, incentive opportunities, or other applicable compensation details.
