As General Counsel of CVE North America, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the region’s growth. You will partner with various departments to provide legal guidance on negotiations, contracts, and compliance matters, while ensuring all statutory and corporate documents remain in good standing. You will also identify and advise on legal and business risks that may impact the organization.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Group Director of Legal, keeping them informed of any significant legal risks that could affect the broader CVE Group. As a key representative of CVE, you will actively promote the company’s projects, strategy, vision, and core values
10 years of legal experience
in a law firm or corporate legal department, with at least
4 years of in-house counsel experience
required, counsel role, preferably in an industrial or energy sector.
