Required Qualifications
•A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience
•Professional Engineer registration (P.E.) (appropriately registered in State or regionally)
•10-15 years of diversified experience in municipal and/or private development practice
•Strong capability to engage with clients creating trusted relationships and working with their team to deliver solutions
•Broad experience with road improvement projects, site projects, drainage grading, and some utilities (water/wastewater)
•Permitting and Proposal writing experience
•Basic understanding of project accounting and demonstrated ability to manage the schedule and budget for multiple projects at the same time
•High proficiency using AutoCAD/CADD and or civil 3D software (Civil 3D preferred), and office support software required to perform the essential functions of the position
•Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle

•Business development and marketing experience including; writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work
•Familiarity with regional stormwater permitting requirements and local codes
•Experience in marketing and supervision of the technical work of others
