As part of our team, you'll lead civil design for diverse projects including education, parks, civic, multi-family, retail, and defense.

Location and Work Arrangement:

This is an in-person position. We offer flexible schedules and working options for team members who have completed in-person onboarding and demonstrated success. We have offices in Tacoma, Spokane, and Wenatchee, WA.

Salary is $95,000-$120,000 + 401k match, profit sharing and performance bonuses.
