Mansfield Service Partners is looking for an entry level Fuel Sales Representative for our Odessa, TX location.

Are you a recent college graduate looking to launch your career in sales? Mansfield Service Partners is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative based in Odessa, TX, or the surrounding area to develop and grow new customer accounts. This role is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and driving business growth in a dynamic industry.

You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in prospecting, consultative selling, and customer management while working with a team that values your contributions.

What You'll Do:

•

Develop new accounts and implement plans to grow existing accounts.

•

Use CRM tools to manage leads, accounts, and sales activities.

•

Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify and close opportunities.

•

Build strong relationships through prospecting and networking.

•

Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from peers.

•

Provide ongoing support and solutions for customers after the sale.

•

Work toward achievable sales goals with performance-based incentives.

What We’re Looking For:

•

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related fields ideal).

•

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

•

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.

•

Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.

•

Must permanently reside in Odessa, TX

•

Ability to maintain auto liability insurance of at least $100,000/$300,000/$100,000.
