Fuel Assistance Coordinator

As a Fuel Assistance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting fuel assistance accounts by managing, tracking and processing information.
•
Manage fuel assist accounts, tracking payments and deliveries for the year.
•
Process HEAP payments.
•
Contact energy assistance customers on outstanding balances.
•
Any other related duties as requested by Management.
•
Running reports in energy regarding these accounts.
Requirements:
•
Excellent communication skills.
•
Ability to work under pressure
•
Knowledge of Energy system & NCO
•
Must be able to work in a team environment as well as be able to resolve issue accurately and independently.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
•
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The hourly rate for this role is $21 per hour.
