We're seeking a motivated freelance marketing specialist to help us tell our story and connect with our audience on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content on Facebook and LinkedIn
•Develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives and seasonal priorities
•Collaborate with our internal team to highlight company milestones, employee spotlights, job postings, and industry news
•Edit and repurpose content—including video clips and photos—to create engaging posts and short-form videos (Reels)
•Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to increase visibility and interaction
•Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional tone across all channels
Requirements:
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in social media marketing
•Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills
•Ability to work independently and manage a consistent posting schedule
•Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
•Understanding of social media best practices and analytics
Bonus Points For:
•Experience with LinkedIn marketing strategies
•Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Express)
•Knowledge of the oil & gas, logistics, or transportation industries
