Berico, a triad-based HVAC, Fuel, Electrical, Plumbing Propane, and Motor Oil company, is looking for a well-rounded and experienced Marketing & Sales specialist. The Marketing & Sales Specialist job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the items listed below.
1. Brand Marketing – ensuring that all Berico advertising and customer-facing items are properly branded.
2. Sales Efforts – work with our sales teams to ensure they are generating new leads and following up with potential opportunities.
3. Organize and schedule outside opportunities to generate business; such as hosting real estate agent events, neighborhood event sponsorships, church events, etc.
4. Help manage customer management software programs where applicable. (CRM)
5. Work with advertising partners on design of various advertising campaigns, graphics, letters, promotions, etc.
7. Proactively plan campaigns to offset slow periods of business
8. Work with customer care team to ensure great customer communication techniques. (i.e. listen to recorded phone calls, coach, implement sales techniques)
9. Generate generating phone, text, email communication to generate business.
10. Assist in answering the phone during busy time frames.
