Pathfinder Inspections and Field Services is looking for an experienced Framing Foreman to lead our construction crews, keep projects on schedule, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. This role works directly with the Project Manager and plays a key part in training, mentoring, and keeping jobs running smoothly.
- Supervise and manage framing crews, ensuring work meets specifications and deadlines
- Enforce safety rules, monitor equipment use, and maintain a safe jobsite
- Coordinate materials, crew sizes, schedules, and equipment needs
- Operate hand/power tools and other construction equipment as needed
- Monitor progress and quality, resolve issues, and keep jobs on budget
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members on progress and challenges
- Train and mentor crew members
- Review submittals with the Project Manager to ensure accuracy
- Manage time and resolve conflicts quickly and effectively
- Proven experience in framing and leading construction crews
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, tools, and safety regulations
- Organized and able to manage schedules, budgets, and paperwork
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Pathfinder’s driving requirements
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various conditions
