We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. Responsibilities:
Provide financial data and analysis to the Real Alloy senior leadership team. This is a hands-on financial role and operational role. Must understand and articulate financial performance of the business in individual and group settings. Responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and providing advanced analytical support to optimize supply chain operations. Ability to grow within the organization. Core Accountabilities* Continually monitor performance of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Qualifications: Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in varied financial/analytical positions.
Self-starter with a desire to achieve.
Strong core business skills, including influencing stakeholder management, clear and concise communication and effective presentation skills.
Ability to challenge assumptions and support position through data analysis and interpretation.
Strong PC/information technology skills including expertise in Oracle EPM and Excel. Experience with Oracle preferred.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
Ability to employ a systematic approach to problem solving.
Results-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to effectively influence a course of action.
